Bose 900 Soundbar Review: A Dolby Atmos Beast?

My biggest issue with Bose, was their change of eco system. The newer speakers do not link with the prior ones and have a separate app. So building a home system is now not as possible as before.

Can i use two bose smart home 500 speakers instead of dedicated bose surround speakers, with bose 900 soundbar? Plz suggest.

I just purchased this system with the 700 sub the problem I have with Sonos is the software issue. The system is so tied to software that when Sonos decides they want you to upgrade they simply stop giving the hardware software updates. It’s happened with that company already and I believe the company was sued for it.

I'm torn between the Bose 900 & Sennheiser Ambeo Plus. The latter is almsot twice as much, but i hear it's low's(or was it mids?) sound recessed and it's not compatible with actual rear surround speakers.

Awesome video as always. I’m in the market to pick up either the Bose 900 surround set up and sonos arc surround set up but I am also looking closely at the Sony HT-A9. Would love to see a comprehensive comparison between all three. And sure chuck in the Samsung Q990B!! Please.

PLEASE READ IT BEFORE YOU BUY THIS RUBBISH PRODUCT: I bought this Bose 900 sound bar and sub woofer. Looking at Brand and product set up video I assume it should be done under 5 minutes. Paired with Bose app in a minute but then after that as final step it checked for the update and didn’t recover from this mode for at least couple of hours. I tried all of 100 troubleshooting techniques and none worked. When I was going through all of the issues and solution I was questioning myself is this good product design where everything has issues??? Anyway after waiting for a day, I called Australian support and in two minutes explanation of the issue the rep said it is now broken from firmware side and we need to return it. Seriously……What a waste of time. Even if the sound bar performs the best , no one should buy the product which you can not set up. Highly disappointing Bose…..get your acts together before charging $$$$for your products…

I am contemplating getting this 900 soundbar with 700 surround speakers and Bass module 700. However, I am not able to find out if an external mixer can be connected to this soundbar. Would appreciate any insights!

My t does not have Dolby atoms, but I only use Apple TV 4K. Would this be a wise investment?

Our tv is positioned next to a corner so their is a wall on one side. Will that cause issues with sound bouncing off a wall so close

This product is a pile of scrap at best ! My wife fooled into buying it and never worked properly . Half the time no fucking sound and this complex sequence in order to get it to work ! Save your money by a Samsung sound bar .

I wonder if the glossy glass top would distract and irritate me as it seems to reflect the content from the screen.
