But won't that make it suck in a Lot of water when it's raining? and a Lot of dust/dirt when it's dusty or a lot of dirt on the road? That's why they put the air intake away from the wind direction in the first place.

Where did you order your air box from? Did the air box come with the tube/funnel? & did the tube/funnel fit the headlight or did you have to use extra material to make it have a flush fit?

Hey can you include part number for the air intake tube used for install, looks aftermarket not the OEM felt one, asking because I have rhombi illuminated air tube headlights that require a different part which you have. 2019 challenger R/T

Thanks I needed this video. I have that light tube cap and NO ONE (service, parts, random employees) at the Dodge dealership could tell me anything about it. I thought it was aftermarket. Now I've seen your video I have some direction on completing my intake conversion. Thanks again💪🏿

Hey brotha good video! I have a 19' Scat and looking to do this project over the weekend. Any issues with debris, leaves, etc getting to the filter without having a screen over the headlight?

I have been sitting on this install for my Widebody for minute... I might as well do a how to on my channel as well. Good stuff straight to the point install. Keep it up brother!!

I installed the lower airbox on my 2020 R/T today, 11/6/21. As the car was sitting at idle I lit a match and held it in front of the headlight opening and then blew out the match. At normal idle the intake sucked in the smoke from the match. Note: I did make sure to properly seal the lower opening of the air box and also where the intake tube connects to the headlight. I used some basic window seal stick on foam I bought from the local hardware.

You said you noticed better throttle response. Any difference in sound and gas mileage?
