I Don't care what the media attacked him for, he was, hands down one of the best CEO'S in Las Vegas or U.S. for that matter, I will never forget how he and many of those in management he hired treated the employees. They really knew how to treat their employees. The people running Las Vegas properties now are an embarrassment to the hospitality industry, could care less about quality or service many now are elitist, petty tyrants and I'm ashamed to say some of them worked for Mr. Wynn years ago. So much has changed, but those that met and know him, know he was incredibly kind to so many.

I want to be as successful as he is

Awesome how much he loves telling his story after all these years as I'm sure he's repeated it countless times. You can sense that not only was he blown away by his luck but also proud of the calls he made thereafter.

Mr. Wynn my father and I were at your gallery some 11 years ago at the Desert Inn. You stopped and had a lengthy conversation about the art ant we were grateful you spent the time with us. I spoke about the painting I liked and you said it was the same one your wife liked, and she hung it in the laundry room, Oh My, on my end. Well, Mr. Wynn my Father is quite an accomplished artist and I wanted to know who to talk to about appraising his art work. This is a life collection, keep in mind. I think you would be amazed.

The interviewer says "Got it" about twenty times. Someone needs to tell him to simply ask questions and get out of the way...

I had to pause this video at 13 min just to make the comment that I felt like I was in that room and he was talking to me... Being a Sinatra fan resonated even more, but he is so cool.. wish I could chat with the guy.

Las Vegas is the city of show biz and it has such huge potential as an educational metropolis. However, the situation with the water supply is grave. Their use of the Colorado River water is unsustainable. The city planning has to rethink, reform and renew. The water use has to be reformed through heavy incentives given out to the land owners. People need to be rewarded if they save on water, they need to be rewarded for using solar power, rewarded through using rain water collector systems, reusing grey water for irrigation, and through building with eco friendly products and production methods. There is a project called The Tree People, they are reforming Los Angeles into a sustainable infrastructure. It is absolutely doable. I would really like to speak with Steve Wynn, if anyone can tell him about my channel I would very much appreciate it. Love, Love, Love. Nicki
