Altex, AINIA’s multipurpose CO2 industrial facility, is devoted to provide Pharma industry with access to high pressure CO2 for advanced extraction, purification and specific treatments for materials. This 4000L GMP plant runs from subcritical up to 350bar supercritical CO2 conditions. Our technology produces a Valerian supercritical CO2 extract with more than ten times the Pharmacopoeia specification as a solution to current oversize of valerian pills.
Pure Cocoa butter CO2 extract is directly obtained as a white stable fine powder, ready to melt once spread over the skin.
