My hair wasn’t always this healthy, it’s definitely taken me many years of no heat, hair dye or bleach, organic haircare, being gentle and SO MUCH PATIENCE to grow it this long and be healthy at the same time! Here’s what I do ⬇️⁣

🧴 weekly hair masks and scalp treatments
💆🏼‍♀️ daily scalp massages⁣
🌿 using mostly organic haircare
🫐 try to eat healthy foods
💧drink your water⁣
🧴 daily haircare is essential
🚫 no heat or hair dye/bleach
✂️ trims when needed/search and destroy method
💧hair oils = life saver
🪵 switched to wooden brushes and combs⁣
🧖🏼‍♀️ shampoo twice and always use conditioner ⁣

These are most of the things that I do to keep my hair growing long, strong and healthy but there probably are a few steps that I’ve missed 🙊 and I can say, hand on my heart, that I don’t have any extensions and my hair growth isn’t just from genetics (they probably play the tiniest role) It all takes time and patience! If I could say just one thing… take care of your ends! 🤍⁣

My hair started falling out big time after an extremely stressful period I went through. So, I researched the net and opted to experiment with a hair oil called litttleextra coocoonion & a comb made of neem wood. The results really worked. At present, my hair is long, dense, black hair which has reached my waist and trimmed on three occasions after I started. Simple & effective. Also, equally good can be rubbing your scalp - it encourages the growth. You just need to do this weekly. Before long, you will see new hair growing in.

I wish I could’ve grown my hair out like this, but it’s too thick it hurts me when it’s long. I have an anxiety disorder so it gives me bad headaches along with triggering anxiety and panic attacks

I tried everything almost every remedy but my hair is not growing although i have thick short hair but everygirl dreams of having a long beautiful hair and i also have the same dream but i think everyone wish is not fullfilled😞😔
