ОтветитьI'm doing this at the gym since the leg machines are too painful for my knee. It's really challenging ! I love it ! I do it once a week, I started with a light booty band and hardly made the 3rd circuit now I'm using my medium booty band and can do a 4th circuit!! It's awesome, I'm so proud of me. In terms of results, It's been 1 month and 3 weeks I've been doing it, I can feel my booty when I put my pants on and I can feel and see the difference. It is clearly an effective way to achieve muscle fatigue !! Thanks for this amazing workout <3

Ответить😆 One of my doctors was Japanese...I think. I am still learning to distinguish physical features among Asians. Anyway she was young and had the nicest butt. It was so cute to see her prance out if mybICU room. I wouldn't have noticed except she was so cheerful and I loved her voice. If she had cosmetics done to get her butt then she had an excellent surgeon. However there are just times when someone has a shape outside of the norm for their culture.
