MKM Makro - The stylish Italian EDC fixed blade

Hows the heat treat on the blade? I bought 2 Viper knives (Katla and Novis), both in M390 and the blades are trash. Heat treat absolutely sucks to say the least. Im not a blade steel expert, but when sharpening, you can tell something is off about the steel compared to other knives I own in M390 such as my Chaves Ultramar Redencion and my Microtech auto Stitch. Sharpening the Vipers almost feels like sharpening butter compared to the Chaves and the Microtech. I refuse to buy ANYTHING from Italian makers anymore all because of thise 2 Viper Knives. Almost $400 invested in those 2 purchases and I cant even use the damn things because they're garbage. I don't even feel comfortable gifting them to someone who knows nothing about knives because of how bad the heat treat is on them. Is it possible to have a blade re-heat treated? If so maybe they can be saved and used but if not, I basically have to rocks to throw at someone that i paid almost $400 for. Bs

Have you sharpened this Knife yet? I watched a Stassa review and he said that his wasn’t heat treated properly and wouldn’t take an edge. I really like this Makro and great video my friend

When do you carry a fixed blade as at the moment I don’t have a good reason to carry one so I can’t legally do so. Fantastic looking knife btw
