ОтветитьSomehow I knew that eggs was going to be in this list! Eggs causes mucus! it doesn’t matter rather it’s the egg white or yolk. Which means Eggs truly aren’t good for people with thyroid issues. Whenever I acquired mucus it always starts with back nasal drip down the throat which irritates my throat and will sometimes create a cough. Now ask yourself how does that affect the thyroid🤔 Ear, nose & throat are all link!
