South Texas Has the best growing soil and climate for oranges and lemons, Im sure Italy grows nice fruit but I doubt it come close to what we grow here.

Take bottle of vodka, pour it into big glass can , approx 3 liters, it should have the lid that can be closed firmly. Hang 3 lemons above the surface of vodka, use thin cotton band-aid for this. Close lid firmly. Put can into dark and cool space. Your lemoncella will be ready in a month.

In Italy one of the way we like to finish a lunch or a dinner with friends or relatives (not a daily one, but maybe at the restaurant) is with limoncello
