Thank you for the update video and explaining some of the likely details of the DJI Mini 3 Standard/plus. I like the DJI Mini 3 Pro. It's one of my very favorite drones. All those features kind of made it unbeatable except for the known issues. I don't have much to really complain about the Mini 3 Pro. I hear a lot about signal issues, but I haven't had anything extreme happen as I keep a constant eye on distance and signal strength. Unlike the other models and I hear there's not much warning. I'm wondering if the legs help on the Mini 3 standard that much. Than why can't I just turn some leg extensions like they sell for like landing gear extension into plug and play leg/antenna extenders. It could be done fairly quickly and easily. As long as you they can conduct the signal from the arms and through the legs. But as of now we don't know for sure yet if the Mini 3 Standard/plus has any better range. And you are right about the battery life the extra power being saved 100% makes that little bit of a difference because the model of the battery is the same 249 g regular battery. Meaning in that drone the plus battery would likely keep the craft in the air for close to 50 minutes maybe longer. Another power saver is the fact that it's not getting too hot and overheating. Heat and electronics don't mix. Operation of the aircraft only gets worse by losing power to by producing more heat. I'm very interested to see how this thing performs compared to the Mini 3 Pro. Also like everybody else is saying about Mini 3 Standard. For it to be the next consumer friendly pocket friendly drone they need to lower the price a little more especially if they're taking off all that stuff which it's hard to say you need those things but is much money as it costs you definitely want those things. And yes the thing probably takes great pictures the way it is but for those professional photographers or people that like to do it themselves with photography tthe D-Cinelike is a must. Now that I think about it, I think at one point I have used every one of those features in Mini 3 Pro.

A waste of time. and we'll overpriced. No d cine, it's a deal breaker. NO tracking, might well stick with the mini 2. or upgrade to the mini 3 pro, this limited ass drone is not worth my time or money.

Do you think it will include cruise control in the software?

It makes no sense.
DJI should upgrade the Mini3 pro and come out with a Mini3 pro plus by putting antennas in the legs, increasing the RC Controller brightness for better daylight flying, increasing battery life and a few other things and drop the price of the Mini3 pro by $200.

If all this is true then this "new" mini 3 just isn't worth it. Might as well just buy a Mini 2 and a good 3rd party software.
If DJI would just reduce the price of the M3P they'd sell like hot cakes but of course they are choosing to nickle and dime us.
