Lmfao love the shock lands intro bit!!! xD
ОтветитьI bought Deep Clue Sea purely for the reprints...
But then as I was going through the cards I just want to play it as is before I blow it up for parsing singles to other decks.
One smart and angry fish gonna go sideways
I picked up Deep Clue Sea at my pre-release and this deck has been the most fun I've gotten out of a precon in a long time.
ОтветитьI'd love to see you release a video about the dud commander decks from years past
ОтветитьAlready?
Ответитьwith so many commander decks now, there are double dips into rarer themes, so im curious what the best of those themes are. like whats the most fun morph based precon?
Ответитьthese reprints are incredible
ОтветитьI would absolutely forgive Wizards for some things if they made him a Vedelkan Fish just to spite the Prof, that is top tier spite
ОтветитьSeedborn Muse and Brash Taunter in these precons is sure gonna be a hell of a time
ОтветитьMTG, Commander deck idea. A John Wick deck. With a legendary artifact pencil, Kill any 3 creatures in play.
ОтветитьI bought the Deep Clue Sea deck last week, I've so far won 3/4 games I've played with it. Take that how you will
Ответитьlol, Karlov manor?
ОтветитьThank you professor.
ОтветитьPrecon burn out hits right as they drop some decks with disgustingly good reprints. Saving for Fallout and Commander 2024
ОтветитьMy name is Gavin and I thought I was in trouble 😅
ОтветитьHey! So I’ve been thinking on buying my first precon and I always hear the profesor not to pay markups, can someone explain how am I supposed to do this? Is there a secret store or something where I can skip markups?
ОтветитьMy girlfriend loves the pre con commander decks and has been buying the master packs of 1 of each deck since commander masters it's a blast honestly
Ответить10% playable out of the box? Damn, Wizards!
ОтветитьIt is not worth to buy. Reason being, it's a Magic product. Thanks for listening
ОтветитьSlime agaisnt humanity and Anzaras Rampage have great synergy.
ОтветитьProff have good idea on card game. Like Proff talk good game.
ОтветитьCan some kind viewer who is more informed help me? I just want to know if the Clue deck is going to fall in price in a few months/years, or skyrocket like the Atraxa deck. I am a very casual and patient consumer, but sometimes the decks I want go up instead of down in price. RIP my chance at ever playing Atraxa or Kalamax.
ОтветитьAs someone who bought Mirko, I honestly wanna say yeah, Pick one up! Surveil is HILARIOUS.
ОтветитьI sincerely hope there's a tie-in to Markov in the lore. That's just too good of a gag to waste!
ОтветитьWow, thanks for the information, professor. I've been thinking of getting one of these decks for a while now and this helps with that
Ответить"you know what money is, don't you? Oh wait, your Magic players....."😂😂😂😂 love this video! ❤️
ОтветитьIt seems like buying commander sealed products, if you can get them at a super discount, can be okay investments if you hold on to them a few years, but otherwise are not worth it with all the reprints. Years ago, I traded a badly damaged playset of Revised Tropical Islands for 4 of each of the original commander decks. Ultimately, the decks sold for around $200-$300 apiece for me. I invested that money in school tuition instead of Magic and can say that was a sound set of investments for me.
ОтветитьI just want the red decks for the reprints, lol
ОтветитьThe mystery precon icon being the old precon packaging seems a little misleading no?
ОтветитьYour memetic random chaos energy is so fun. Never change.
ОтветитьFiendish duo is below 3$ right now, as an example. The value just disappeared as soon as it was released. And all precons for Karlov just looks sooo boring. Its a pass for me (and everyone I know, some almost bought in due to the "incredible financial value" but luckily they didn't bite). I hope the Fallout precons will be more fun.
ОтветитьThe first couple minutes reminded me of a commercial on Rick and Morty lol
ОтветитьDoom Whisperer is just one of my favorite cards.
ОтветитьI'm somewhat new to magic, ive been playing here and there but I wouldn't saying im new. I purchased the deep clue sea and its probably been my favorite precon so far. Even though my lord of the rings are still my favorite. Deep clue sea just seems to ramp really well, end game I miss triggers but its a ton of fun lol
ОтветитьPersonally I bought all four precons. There’s fun mechanics in each one, but the power scaling is kinda meh, imo. Revenant recon does have a wincon, “rise of the dark realms” and it’s a bastard if it’s not countered
ОтветитьHow is the manabase for the black/blue commander deck?
ОтветитьThe thing that frustrates me about these decks is that they did two of my favorite color combos (Naya and Boros), but both of those decks are the "it's a [blank] deck" deck, where they just picked one gimmick (face-downs or goading) and they just did a Scryfall search for everything that synergized with those things and put them in the deck, alongside a commander that says "when you do the thing, draw a card". It's so goddamn boring. The UB deck gets to be a cool self-mill graveyard synergy deck but the decks in the colors I like are just "here's every goad card, here's every face-down card, here's a commander that literally only works in this strategy, that's as much as we care about you".
ОтветитьIva gotta say that i started MTG a month ago, started with revenant recon and i gotta say the deck is impressive as it is from the box❤ I was able to beat prped commander decks made and played by friends who have played for years, so gotta give WOC a big thumbs up for it😊
ОтветитьSeriously? Blame Game is easily the single worst Precon I've ever seen.
Its own commander doesn't do anything for the deck because she only Goads Suspected creatures and is the only source of Suspect in the deck. Oh cool my Aggro Commander has finally paid off in value by turn 10.
Feather as a sub-commander does so little that I genuinely dont know why shes in the deck over tge new Argus Kos or Aurelia both of whom directly support the main mechanics this deck wants to achieve.
Hell even as a Goad deck it fails missing key pieces like Bothersome Quasit, Komainu Battle Armor, and Taunting Kobald.
Its do bad that after getting it myself I've gutted about 70% of the deck, removed Feather completely, and changed it into a Isshin Mardu deck. I cant even call it the same deck anymore.
What a complete disappointment. Blame Game has become a meme in my friends group just off of how embarrassingly bad it is. Easy 2/10.
It is amazing how much these cards have fallen in value!
ОтветитьJust want to say that its been just a few months since these were released and I bought Deep Clue Sea for about $29. If you can wait, wait until it goes cheap.
ОтветитьDeep Clue Sea is so good. Ive been playing it unedited against my friends constructed decks and ive had a pretty crazy winrate against them. They actually say im a target when I pull out a precon which is pretty insane to think about given some of these guys decks have several hundred dollar cards in them.
ОтветитьI tested deadly disguised out. I found it quite enjoyable with many huge beasts on the battlefield after some turns (of course all of us playing precons) but my friends found it hard to get around it. This compels me to affirm that precon is also for more experienced players.
ОтветитьI tried finding this video for a while couldn't search it. You're my primary MTG opinion channel and I had deadly disguise sitting on a desk for 4 months or so.
ОтветитьI just bought the Clue deck and won my second game against stronger decks. Needs upgrades but I’m happy!
ОтветитьI just got the Deep Clue Sea one and played it for the first time, I had a lot of fun playing it
ОтветитьFascinating to look at Blame Game and how Fiendish Duo went from 27.45 to 60 cents, while Trouble in Pairs is still in the mid-20s (especially since I just bought the deck for less than the price of that card)!
Ответить
