ОтветитьThese are delicious! I made them with two whole eggs, and did not notice an eggy taste. I made them a bit smaller and had two on the side with some hamburger meat. These are a nice change of pace! And they do taste a lot like unsweetened pancakes. Very yummy. Thank you for sharing this recipe. 👍

ОтветитьGot it opposite. Beef fat is an even-chained saturated fat which is inflammatory. Dairy fat is an odd-chained saturated fat that is anti-inflammatory.

ОтветитьFollowed her instructions exactly. Turned out just like crepes with a nice flavor, but when I cut it into pasta and attempted to use it for carbonara...and it turned into a big mushy mess. Just tasted like cheesy eggs. What did I do wrong? I make a good regular carbonara and saw at least one comment on this video from someone else who did it, so I assume it can be done.

ОтветитьWhy go through all that trouble to make carnivore food to look like unhealthy noodles when it defeat the point of contrasting non-fatty carbs absorbing fats and meat sauce? You can just eat your fat and carnivore protein as is.
