This hit home, quick and hard! It's crazy I have been trying to get back into things that bring me joy, noticing bad habits and patterns popping back up, feeling angry (literally journaled angry all the time at everything 2 days before this was posted). I want a divorce, but am petrified and angry because of that - because I tried once 4 yes ago when I wasn't in the financial place to do it and he tore me down to staying. I've been saying/ noticing myself journaling and thinking more and more that I don't want to spend another year miserable, angry & blaming myself for being scared. I know he is going to attack again when I file for divorce, and though Ive been in the place TO handle the attacks now (financially and emotionally) for awhile, I still have these blocks - that stagnant energy thats leading to the bitter/resentful archetype....leading back into my past self.
