I grew up with my head shaved because of the "streets" not the army.. now that I'm in my mid 20s I been having my hair long for like 3 years. It's probably like 2 feet long but women STARE TF AT MY HAIR. It's like they NEVER seen a guy with long hair. Or maybe my hair looks way better than them. I think mine is 2C

I really appreciate the tips!!! I’ve always had poker straight hair until literally 2 weeks ago when my hair suddenly became curly! Im 41 years young and have recently gone through some hardcore hormonal changes and I believe this is why my hair is curly. It’s been rough health-wise, but I’m absolutely loving my curly hair!! I have 4b hair.

1) I use everything PANTENE! Shout out to Dollarama!
2) I do not wash my hair every day. It's too much.
3) I do "Sets". It makes the locked locks... Calm down.
4) I love Shea butter!
5) This is so important. You can't just use Dove 3-in-1. You need to rinse, use multiple cleaning products, then use a blow dry spray, then a curl enhancer.
6) My hair is heavy enough.
7) Sets is a skill. Learn how to Finger comb!
8) I wouldn't trade my hair for anything!

My hair used to be "kind of wavy" but after about a year on HRT I recently noticed it's inelegantly transforming into my dad's hair i.e. "kind of curly" and I'm having a total hair crisis, thank you for your wisdom

I just wash my hair, comb it, and put a little bit of defining curl product while my hair is wet, separate strands with my fingers and scrunch them up with my hands, and air dry my hair. My hair looks great afterwards. I don't need all these extra steps and products.

I have a baby girl with type 3 curls and they always dry out and lose their shape during the day. How can I help them keep their shape and be moisturized all day?
We are currently using the shea moisture for babies with curls and coils (shampoo, conditioner, and detangler)

My issue is when I wash my hair not even 12 hours after it gets itchy and oily and so then I have to wash it again so it’s not itchy

What about a plastic free routine though??? I don't want to buy a bunch of products that are shipped with liquid... I buy my shampoo and conditioner from Ethique but my hair is too oily to use their curly products. I don't like how the culture around curly hair is more products and more money and more plastic. That's why I also won't buy from your brand... If you come out with solid paper packaged (no chemical wax) I'd love to try it out. But I'm not prioritizing my hair over pollution.

Over a year heat free and im atill figuring it out, but what i can say is my new hair growth is softer and looks smoother so i do see healthier hair
