Hello sir, I have a coming interview as custodian supervisor I'm an internal candidate how can Improve to get this position

I am usually a quiet person in the workplace and lack some confidence overall. I watched your videos for a new management job interview which I got to the second round. The director called me today and said it was pretty much an even playing field for both candidates but thought the other person was a better fit for that specific role. She said liked that I was outspoken and direct with where I wanted my career, that I reminded her of herself and that she would want someone around the office she works directly out of to have her back and invited me to come and meet the team at another company she also owns... I don't know if this is a good or bad outcome but clearly I was too confident even though I was shaking on the inside 😂😂

My interview is on Monday and my English is little weak I can’t add tough words and the post is high

To whomever it might concern. There is a way to increase your confidence and keep you up during your interviews, and that is to quickly exercise lil bit (preferable legs like few squats or so) before the interview, because exercising or contracting a muscle pumps out hope and happy molecules into your brain and thus making you lively. People who regularly work out know what I'm talking bout.

Also what I do if you don’t have an answer for an interview question:
If it’s behavioral- let them know you haven’t experienced it before, but if you were put in that situation, what are the steps you are going to take and show them your thought process. 😊

I have interview at 11am today , and I found this useful Video last night . I have failed many interview because give wrong answer and less confident as well. Luckily, after watch this video I have used his tips to answer their question when they ask 1: tell me about urself and 2: do u have any question ? How important is it to dress formally when applying for a start up? More often than not they wear T shirts and over dressing might make one appear as if you don't fit in to their culture.
