ОтветитьCHEF JHON thank you very much. I AM MULTI CULTURE COUNTRY From 🇨🇦 in some culture, wine. ALCOHOL are not permitted, and you gave alternative solution, thank you. Like clam juice.
Thank you again.
Thanks again, bye.❤
how much wine???
ОтветитьSave the leftover sauce for pasta the next day
ОтветитьDude, that grill joke was absolute 10 out of 10!
ОтветитьVery close to my own way but I like the lemon zest and chilli flakes. I also do an Ina Garten. She fills a clean sink with cold water and throws in 1/3 cup of flour, puts the mussels in and agitates them. They expel the sand. It does work. I’ve not had a gritty mussel since I started this. Of course I remove the beards etc. try it.
ОтветитьThis recipe is a KEEPER. Easy even saved the broth for seafood chowder
ОтветитьSo funny to hear im not the only person that cooks topless haha
ОтветитьExcellent recipe, I have cooked 100's to 1000's of mussels daily, this is the timing that you need to cook mussels, whatever you add or don't add in the pot doesn't matter it is the timing to get the mussels plump and juicy, look and learn people, this is correct,,,100%
ОтветитьGood job! Perfect taste

ОтветитьMost important part of this recipe…. Do not overcook the garlic.
ОтветитьJust tried, absolutely fantastic! Many thanks!
ОтветитьLooks good.... I'll be trying this one soon....
ОтветитьI love the the PEIs because they are the plumpest, but favorite seafood markets were out, so I had to settle for NZ greens, not as good but still worked. A very simple but tasty dish.

ОтветитьWill definitely be cooking this again for new years 2023 !!!!
ОтветитьMade this today and it came out delicious!! Additionally I sautéed some bacon then added onions and celery and then followed the rest of the recipe. Thank you so much for the steps, 1 minute stir, two minute the parsley and I just needed another minute and half after that. They were just perfectly plump and yummy.
ОтветитьThe narrator is quite an interesting guy to listen to
Ответитьcan use chinese cooking wine ?
ОтветитьLove the play on words when I feel bad for you son!!
ОтветитьThis is note a joke. It's true and I thought you might like to know since I don't believe most ppl knew or have noticed.....But, Mussels have rubbery things INSIDE them that are hard to chew and have no taste. They are located deep inside the mussels so it would need to be spread open as if spreading a woman's private part (which is what a mussel looks like inside) where the dark most visible tip resembles a woman's Clitoris. The clitoris is the hardest and most rubbery piece and when the mussel is held gently, and the clitoris pulled out it looks like the prongs/plug on the end of a electrical cord or like THIS somewhat, ==). Also, I recently observed someone who was unaware that mussels have beards/ropes attched to them many times which should be plucked off and discarded unless you like eating wirey rope as it goes unnoticed. is
Ответитьyea wine is very important, we cant live without alcohol in the food!
Ответить"generally I cook topless"....... I love you man
ОтветитьYou can also eat the stamps of the parsley - they have the same taste :)
