I didn't mention this a few weeks ago, but Rousseau is now over 2 years old!! It's amazing to think how far we've come as a community in that time. I still remember those few weeks before uploading the first video that were filled with a ton of recording. I have not mentioned this before, but the original Clair de lune recording was actually the first video I created, essentially a sight-read test to experiment with video effects. I'll be honest, I was not expecting more than a few thousand views, and as of right now it has now been viewed over 19 million times. That is truly hard to comprehend. Now during lock down, reminiscing on those days, I decided it would be nice to spend a bit more time working on the piece, and remake the video in the 2020 style! I'm sure you'll agree, many things have been refined over those two years - one of the biggest things that stuck out to me was the velocity curves of the piano library being set too strong on the first video, making the recording sound like it's being played at f throughout, along with the color which quite a few people mentioned. I hope this one can be a fresh new take on the piece in this visualization style, that can please both the ears and the eyes :) Wishing you all a happy and healthy Monday, and two weeks ahead ♥
Ответитьgod dammit Hakita you turned this into a trauma into me
ОтветитьThis is my lullaby song
Ответитьhmmm, i am kinda new about musical classic from Claire de lune. so what the different ver 1 and ver 2

ОтветитьI have two dreams:
1.) That I’ll be able to play this
2.) That I’ll have someone to play it for.
Someone should make a study gibli music video to this song/track.. and maybe add vocals?
ОтветитьThis is what it feels like to look out your window, see squirrels being squirrels. Everybody enjoying their life, we only are happy at night.

ОтветитьThis dude's name reinstalled the foreign language pack in my brain
ОтветитьThis song reminds me of one of my teachers in 7th grade. She loved piano, a lot. I did too, but I was kind of like a beginner. I remember being the quiet and socially awkward girl, and not many people talked to me. She figured out somehow that I play piano, and told me I could come to the choir room during lunch to play with her. She was so excited, and I was too, so I did. And I honestly don’t remember if she played this piece, but still. Idk why, this just reminds me of her. I went to school everyday, just cuz I wanted to meet her again, and it became a routine, something new in my monotonous life. Sadly, I moved a few weeks after, and even though I’m a sophomore now I still remember her. It feels so sad, to have, a purpose in my life, a friend maybe, and then it’s just gone in a few weeks. I still remember you, Mrs. Song. Thank you for what you did.
ОтветитьOne thing I've figured out while learning musical pieces from these videos is that you shouldn't feel compelled to match his finger work precisely. The key is to do what is most comfortable for you. As long as you're hitting the right notes, that's all that matters.
ОтветитьReminds me of a glowing mirror that plays this song
Ответить"Oh fuck here i come"
ОтветитьDeBussy 😏

ОтветитьThe best piece of music ever written and played absolutely stunningly. Also nothing reminds me of the oceans films like this does
ОтветитьUna pieza que podría llamarla un sentimiento que nace de mi alma, esta es la pieza que quiero aprende primero ahora que empiezo a tocar piano, quiero dedicarla a mi mismo,el regalo perfecto después de aprender
ОтветитьI named my daughter after this piece. It might be our favorite lullaby ❤. It’s sure working now haha
ОтветитьMakes me think of FF7. A really enjoyable piece and one of my favorites.
ОтветитьLearning this rn, still on the first page 😭
ОтветитьThis song is many people’s go-to when they think of piano music, but it is for a reason. It’s the closest thing to perfect I can personally think of.
ОтветитьI came here because of a roblox game called Speedrun 4
ОтветитьIt is my goal to learn this song before I die.
ОтветитьYo creo que está composición se puede usar para cuando uno quiera relajarse, o cuando uno está solo y quiere reflexionar sobre su vida y otro tipo de temas existenciales, o también para disfrutarla.
ОтветитьThe more you listen to it, the better it sounds.
ОтветитьI will always love this song❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьCan i play with a 62 keys piano???
