Rubbish... I made them today exactly as per your recipe, they came out soft!

Please do not follow this recipe, you will waste your time. Notice how there's no instruction on what kind of semolina to use, how much water to add, how long it takes to knead, she doesn't show the texture of the kneaded dough, and she doesn't even say how hot the oil should be, etc. I tried it, since I had no idea how much water I should add, I added too much. then even after adding more semolina, my dough just kept crumbling and I had to knead for almost 15 minutes. Even after resting it for 15 minutes, it remained crumbly, impossible to roll and it was perfectly flat on frying. So much time and effort wasted due to this useless video. Never watching this channel again.
