I choose 65 philips 806
ОтветитьI got the A80J 77 for $1900 an open box vs. 83 a90j for $3500 another open box.
Even at this cost savings I couldn't justify getting the A90J.
I just replaced the 8 year TV.
Hello there! Kudos for the channel. I have a question, is it rumor or true that the XR up scaling processor is not doing anything when watching an IPTV through some app on the TV itself being through proprietary IPTV software (IPTV provider) or through apps that can work with m3u or portals. I just had a discussion and some of my friends said that the only true work and efficiency of the XR processor's up scaling capabilities happen when the TV tuner is used? Is that correct? To me it looks like nonsense. Thank you!
ОтветитьYo great video and really helpfull! Subbed!
I got a question which I cant seem to find anything about, online.
Ok so in Greece I find 2 different "A80J" available. One is XR-A80J and other is FWD-A80J, the price diferrence is huge (1k euros +).
Any idea whats up with that?
Just bought the C1 77 and it's every bit as good as you say.... The FOMO got to me!!!! Love your content ✨️
ОтветитьWhats up with the gloves weirdo?
ОтветитьI Will get LG 48 C1 finally. It will be my first OLED TV..✌️
ОтветитьI have LG C9 is it worth upgrading from LG C9 to sony A80J or A90J or LG G1?
ОтветитьHey FOMO, I’m coming from a 65in LG B7 OLED. Is it worth upgrading to a 77in Sony A80J or keep saving for a 83in A90J? Also, do you know if the Panasonic UB-820 4K player will play a role with tone mapping and offset any benefits from the A90J to A80J.
ОтветитьMan I bought the tcl R646 this Christmas and I do love it but I’m probably definitely gonna buy a LG oled this year… should I buy the c1, C2 or the G1 or G2. Be my living room tv sunsets on my living room side of the house
ОтветитьI also saw The sony X80J its 600 cheaper, would that be better?
Ответитьwell, I never had a OLED before, so I am going with sony A90J 75 its $1599.99. Hope I did Good. Your videos are very helpful! thanks
ОтветитьUpgrading from a black and white tv to the sony a90j. U think i will notice any difference?
ОтветитьThis guy is great...but ...what is with the gloves?
ОтветитьThe LG C1 is absolutely CRAP, which’s what the letter C stands for in its model number!!! I bought it in August and ended up returning it in October. It had so many faultiness from interface and motion issues. Its interface (like all LG models) was very slow in which it would LITERALLY take its sweet time to upload simple contents on every picture/pages. Even when making selections on every picture/pages, the cursor would move real slow. In addition to all this mayhem, I would see a lot of judders/stutters while streaming from various apps. As a replacement for this crappy ass TV, I went out on Black Friday and bought me the Sony A80J in a 65” model. Since then, it has been a POLITE AWAKENING as I’ve been sprung on it and haven’t encountered any negative obstacles by far 🙏 Its motion is quite FLAWLESS!!! Not to mention, its sound quality is completely OFF-THE-ROOF in which I got nothing but pure clear audio w/ higher volume compared to other TV’s I’ve heard
ОтветитьAm a Panasonic Man , the problem with them it’s not the TV it’s the Apps . I live in the UK and Panasonic tv won’t put the NOW TV app on their new TV I have asked them but no amasser ! So I will be moving away from Panasonic . Looking at LG Was C1 but looking at this video I might go for A1
ОтветитьI will have to adjust a super bright TV. They mess with eyes. C1 is perfect for me because it's not too bright for me and I haven't had a TV in 3 years. I'm due a nice premium treat. LOL
Ответить55 inch A80J or G1 for a bedroom tv? Casual XSX gamer but will mostly use it for movies and sports.
ОтветитьI want to go OLED. I currently have the XBR-65X930E am not a gamer all i want to do is watch movies. Is the A80j a good choice?
ОтветитьGreat video. LG G1 65inch or Sony A90J 65inch? Cant decide between the two!
Ответитьc1 all day every day
ОтветитьJust picked up the G1, still in box.. thinking of returning it now as reviews seem to indicate nearly 50% price premium over C1 isn't justified given 1yr standard manufacturer warranty in Canada..
ОтветитьI have a 55" Samsung Q8FN (2018) and am seriously considering upgrading to a 65" Song A80J. I understand the size difference will be impactful. But will the upgrade in picture quality be worth the money? I just don't want to waste the cash if the pic quality isn't going to be significantly better. Thanks!
Ответитьthe most rambling non information tv channel ever
ОтветитьOLED TVs are amazing. The colors and contrast are superb. I wonder how many of you are concerned about burn-in?
ОтветитьIn my country c1 or g1 is just similar price. Please let me know which one should I buy??
ОтветитьHow come JZ2000 was not in the talking point? I think JZ2000 is the best OLED among all OLEDs you talked about in the video.
Ответитьgreat top video :) bought 1600Euro Black Friday 65" SONY A80J for price as C1 or 2020 models coming from ISF calibrated , black level POT tuned 60" plasma 2014 LG model, which was better then you think :D but OLED blown it away big time , I saw Oleds in friends houses, this is guys different level, that XR processor upscalling of 1080p wow, colours in HDR , even the highlights in HDR wow, :) for this price you are happy to forgot A90J with improved HDR , A80J is really special for movie lovers as me. A80J and A90J capability to keep saturated colours in high brightness HDR is game changing, immerssive colours of explotions and light effects with very saturated colours :)
ОтветитьHi, I am ready to buy the 77" A80J but want to check one thing I can't seem to find the answer to. I have an old 1080p sony kdl 60nx800. The living room and windows occ are a brightness issue. I just want to try to ascertain whether the brightness will be about the same. I know oled is not as bright as led but given how old the nx800 is I thought it might still be better. I know the picture and blacks should be way better away but I , at least, don't want the reflections to be any worse then they are? opinions?
ОтветитьKoji si ti filozof i pričalica..bez veze pričaš
ОтветитьIs it worth keeping my Sony x900e?
ОтветитьI haven't purchased a tv in roughly a decade but I'm looking at the 2021 models over 2020 for their gaming features and slightly better improvements. Who knows, it may be another decade before I decide to purchase again after this.
ОтветитьBest movie. Great job. Greatings from Poland !
Ответитьis OLED 2020/2021 worth an upgrade from a samsung 2018 NU8000? or should I wait a bit longer ?
ОтветитьI’m watching this in November and I’ve been going back and forth between the LG C1 and the Sony A80J. I wanted the Sony but the LG is cheaper. I’m not a gamer so that doesn’t enter into my decision. After months of agony I decided to go with the LG C1. As hard as it is to not get the Sony A80J I had to make a decision. The place I bought the LG C1 gave me an additional $200 off and that what swung me. Now I know that for the next two years I’m going to say I should have got the Sony. I’m just that much of a fan of their products. I’m just hoping that the LG makes me forget about the Sony.
ОтветитьWhat needs to be mentioned is, if anyone is considering LG because of Alexa or Google voice control, DON'T BOTHER! The only voice command that works is turning the tv off
Ответитьyou did not talk about burn-in like you said you will!
ОтветитьCould someone please point me in the direction of the live stream that is talked about in this video? I think it was streamed live on 4th June 2021? Thank you.
ОтветитьAre most the LG C1s with the newer EVO panel have a pink tint on part of the screen? My November 2021 65" has a slight pinkish hugh on the left side maybe 3" wide that fades to white the rest of the panel does not seen to have it just left side. How common is this with EVO panels? Do they ALL have it or just some?
ОтветитьVvr and other gaming features are from 2019 I was enjoying them on my Xbox one x on the sm9000 it's just that we didn't have a 4k 120 hertz device and the new GPU and consoles confirm it but I was enjoying 1440p 120 hertz from2019 lol 😇😇 c9, b9, e9, sm9000
ОтветитьHello, I am planning to upgrade my 2013 KDL50W829 to either 65 A90J or 77 A80J. I mostly watch online content on a 1.2gbps internet connection (ethernet) occasional PS4 gaming and plan to use this to for next 8 years. Do you recommend one over the other? I was leaning towards the A90J. I have a receiver with 2.1 speaker system so sound is not an issue. I held on to my old tv for so long since the picture quality was amazing and color reproduction was natural.
ОтветитьIm so torn between the A80J and the C1 no gaming 65 inches. Any advise? Is the Sony worth the extra 400?
ОтветитьHow come no one is talking about the LG Z1 and why it never made its way to the US market?
Ответитьyeah good luck finding a CX its like a unicorn now
ОтветитьDo you think i should upgrade from Sony 900f to any of those TVs for Netflix and Ps5?
ОтветитьGreat video, I am trying to get a OLED TV and I am thinking about LG C1, but I am debating whether I should get 77'' or 83''. 83'' will cost $2000 more. Is it worth it? Thanks in advance.
ОтветитьC9 to C1 or G1?
ОтветитьI ordered 83 inch LG C1 from costco for 5k ... does it have this "evo" panel? thanks!
ОтветитьThere are now 3 types of A80J's, The A80J, A83J, A84J. The only difference that I have been able to find between the A80J, and the A83J/A84J is that the A83J/A84J have a microphone for GoogleAssist (which can be turned off) and have a Rich Colour Enhancer feature.
I would really like to know a couple of things about these three tv's
1. Are there more differences between the three TV's?
2. What does the Rich Colour Enhancer feature do? (Can this be shown in a video?)
3. Does this Rich Colour Enhancer feature give a great/big benifit picture wise over the A80J which doesnt have this feature?
4. Is there a difference in performance between the three TV's?
5. Which of these three TV's should one get? The A80J (because its the origional TV which everyone has tested?) or the A83J/A84J because these have extra features (more bang for buck?)
