Oh my god THANK YOU! I came here in desperate help with Sumeru stutters and some weird "slow downs" that I had never experienced before. Didn't play Genshin for almost a year before Alhaitham came out and I came back to that horrible FPS experience. Not sure what in this video exactly did the trick, but my gameplay is almost butter smooth now, with only a few pauses here and there when something bigger pops in.

Ty I got a new pc and it lags like crazy

after i deleted those files,my windows keeps bugging. like,when i want to go in settings,nothing shows up,and also that when i want to change the sound volume,nothing shows up as well. i restarted and refreshed my laptop for many times but nothing works.

Do I have to delete all the temps everytime before I play Genshin

can i just proceed with only step 1? deleting the temp files? my game quality is nice with low settings (all low) but my only problem is it freezes to the element symbols, which makes it hard to use the teleport/statue of the seven bc it loads like an idiot taking hours 😓

I want to total line to line detail on which setting uses cpu and which uses gpu. My cpu is weak and GPU is able take more load

I know I have stupid questions, but- What is "temp" and what is it intended for? I'm just afraid that I can delete something that shouldn't have been deleted in principle and my computer will stop working. I just don't really understand it, that's why I'm asking. :')
