Upgrading Windows 7 to Windows 11

I’m scared to update my Toshiba C55 with an Intel Core i3 from Windows 7 to Windows 11.

My pc can run windows 8 up to tiny11. Can you make a tiny11 media creation tool for Mac?

Bro here is a tool (FastCopy) you can use it for removing,copying,moving system files without changing any permissions just with administrator rights

this video is weird, tried with same builds, in transfer choice, it only allows you to transfer the data and not the apps as seen in the video, has anyone tried and can tell me if it also transfers the apps, thanks

In the xml file from windows 11, you can replace it with the other one from windows 10 but before in all parts that say "10.0.10240.16384" or another version, you have to change the version to the build you want to install, for example, upgrade to Windows 11 22H2 in the windows 10 xml file rename it "10.0.22621.4" that is the build version of the official 22H2 released by microsoft on September 20th, 2022, i think is more simple making it in this way. And later you can replace this modified xml file on the windows 11 wim image, and as the last step, make an ISO or run the setup.exe like in the video. In my case, the result was in a succesful upgrade from Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 to Windows 11 Home 22H2.

so hard, could've made a modified iso, gave thr xml file in desc, or just use the regular win11 media and upgrade. it should work, this is just time waster

It didnt migrate MS Virtual Desktop sadly. It's nice to see incompatible program in windows 11

This is interesting. This method has some potential. I should probably at some point check out whether it's possible to use this method to upgrade from Vista to 11.

There is one thing that doesn't work in my testing, going back to 7 via Settings. It works on 8 and 8.1, but not 7.
