Sorry Deepak ji sare ka sara dead food hai.. Milk aur milk products are also an part of non veg..all foods which are made with unnatural heat.Sirf jive ke swad ke liye acha hai woh vi kuch seconds ki liye lekin uske baad aaton mein jake chipakta hai aur salo saal sadta hai fir rog pedda karta hai. Natural food made by god with the help of sunlight is the real food for humans and animals.
Agar apko bachna hai toh ess khane ko jald se jald avoid karna shuru kare.
This is wrong way for all humanity. Animals never got sick who lives far away from humans because they all eat natural food without salt, sugar and other masalas and having lots of energy than humans
