🤍 Thanks for your podcast. 🤍
Forest Hanson you are a lovely, adorable, bright and shining human. I sure appreciate you and yours. Blessings ♥️
ОтветитьWell done. Very concise. You’re such a sweet soul. Keep up the great work.
ОтветитьThank you Forrest. This is helpful.
ОтветитьI wish it was possible to save shorts.
ОтветитьIt doesn't feel that simple
Ответить❤
ОтветитьYou're a GENIUS Forrest I love you!
ОтветитьCan anyone or Forrest say how one can achieve those things??
ОтветитьForrest, there's a lot of good advice on the internet. But yours is well prepared, clear, intelligent, and most importantly - delivered by an obviously kind human being with a lot of genuineness and sincerity. I so value what you do and provide. Yours is a truly unique voice in a sea of voices.
ОтветитьSimply explained 👏.
ОтветитьI love how you break it down. Super helpful.
ОтветитьSimple and yet so effective. Love this, thank you❤
ОтветитьPractice gratitude
ОтветитьI like this. Very simple and understandable.
ОтветитьThank you for explaining that in a not so complicated way to understand. We tell people just get better and do it by putting it in your life. We don't explain how they can get there or why they have to keep at it. If you resist doing better, then you won't be able to get where you need to be.
ОтветитьI was addicted to self improvement for almost a decade and was so in the weeds with all the complexities, I wish I saw this distillation sooner, cause it’s so true!
ОтветитьThank you! So useful.
Ответить❤❤❤
ОтветитьSo helpful, you are helping me! Thank you!!
ОтветитьLove this
ОтветитьLove this!
ОтветитьThank you so much
ОтветитьI would like to be as calm as Forest.
ОтветитьEmphasize liking. Slow down wanting!! Love this. One of my teachers Jerry braza called it "linger longer". 😊
ОтветитьLove your work, keep up the great things you're doing for humanity ❤️
ОтветитьInsightful 🙏👏👏👏
ОтветитьForest and Rick. More mkre more more more more more shorts, please. Love.
ОтветитьLove this! Maximize enjoyment!
ОтветитьSorry to disagree: there is no "more" enjoyment of something (like a higher dose of it). You either enjoy or you don't. Learning to enjoy what is at hand, not particularly special or sensational, but there, that's the thing.
Ответитьeasy to say if you have enjoyment . if oyu just have pain and the people around you just treat you like a freak/psycho . I get enjoyment from eating chocolate . not much else to enjoy , just feeling ill everyday bad depression and other CPTSD symptoms flashbacks nightmares no one wants to be around me or even talk to me on the phone.
Ответить💙👏
