ОтветитьThanks for all your recipes Mr Bagheri.
ОтветитьThe only Loobia Polo receipt that really works! Others are fake. 😄👌
ОтветитьCan u use frozen or canned green bean ? They seem to be hard to come by fresh and when I do, it's so expensive 😩
ОтветитьI believe the rice should be par boiled , rather complete cooked rice u put in the dish and steam it to become like a dough .
ОтветитьI love your videos bc you do so much explaining throughout.. I find so many elope make it look and sound simple and I cannot exactly replicate what they made! Ven tough I worked really hard. Thank you so much for your videos. I love people and love to learn where people are from around the world. Thank you for sharing your lovely culture with us!

ОтветитьUr my fave pharsi chef ever 💪
ОтветитьYou lost me at “ground beef”
ОтветитьExcellent! I have mine with yogurt. Delish!!
ОтветитьIt would be best if you also took the strings off the green beans.
Ответитьas a Persian, this is probably the strangest version of this dish i have ever seen in my life. not saying it's bad ( i have to taste which i can't so..) it's just strange. on so many levels.
ОтветитьHow do you prevent the basmati rice grains from clumping?
ОтветитьWhen buying ground spices be careful because the vendor sometimes adulterates the spices with something like sawdust.
ОтветитьCan you make us a Kalam Polo, please !?!?

ОтветитьFrancis Ford Coppola cooking Persian manwich on rice.
ОтветитьIran and Iraq area was always spoiled with access to spices and herbs.
ОтветитьFried my tomato paste for the first time. Really made a difference. But I still use canned beans and don’t fry them.
ОтветитьLooks great 👍 I love it. I will do it ❤
ОтветитьYummy! Just subscribed from UK ❤
ОтветитьDoesn’t the relatively large quantity of turmeric overpower the saffron?
ОтветитьNever knew why my dad put holes in the rice lol and I always did it too. Now I know 😂
ОтветитьThank you chief Bagheri for another amazing Loobia polo recipe.
ОтветитьAmazing video, Thanks for sharing
ОтветитьThanks for sharing,learned a few techniques that I wasn't aware of 😊
Ответитьwill make it
ОтветитьNo need to fry the green beans! To use less oil, just add the beans to the saus and let iT kook in de saus
ОтветитьIm from Kenya working in Iranian Family, i learned how to make loobia polo from you and it was amazing. They loved it, thank you Mr Bagheri
ОтветитьThank you very much.
I love persian kitchen 😊
Agham, the cooking time is way to long. It is ground meat, not goulash. And finally you remind me of my persian father in law. You used too much water and pretend it was on purpose 😂
this is awesome
Ответитьmade percian rice for teh first time today it was soo yammy pls can someone tell me if I don't have non stick pans..just normal iron pan and normal stainless steal pan. is that really bad. the rice did stick a lot to the stainless steal pan so I got some of the crunchy bit but not all. but in the old days what did they use?
ОтветитьI love this food so much? I want to cook saffron rice better and beef saltoni!
ОтветитьMy husband is persian, and i have always struggled to find recipes online. Thank you for this. i will be trying this recipe tomorrow. i will post the results!!
