DAY 1: i almost passed out on the floor, took longer breaks for the last 2 exercises...cant feel my thighs
DAY 2: this time i didnt pass out but it was still hard to do the exercises, cant feel my thighs and hips

Ответитьbeen doing this for 3 months, doesnt really work if you wanna build abs, but it is good if you are just looking for some workout to kill time, easy to handle.

Day 1 ✅
Skipped around 3 exercises because I just couldn't get myself to do it because I was really tired, and skipped 3 exercises on purpose which were crunches because I'm on my period and crunches can make cramps worse. It was really tiring but I felt the burn which was good, I'm doing 3 others exercises with this one so, I hope the results will be better.

Better than yesterday, didn't skip any exercises but took a few extra break in between over-all, wasn't that bad but very tiring
