I think you need two. It looks like it will be cutting more grass than it can hold. Does it take in that whole area or does need to be cleaned out before it finishes or dies it pulverize the grass more than the old fashion mowers? Snyway, i like your idea of the chateau's initials or name written across the lawn. Cheers and that was sweet hanging the French flags on the Chateau. I would've added your flag also.

Get a grounds keeper/gardener, even a voluntary one. I’m sure many of your subscribers would jump at the chance to volunteer. They can help with other activities as well.

Where does the cut grass go? Any gardener can tell you that you can't leave the grass for a whole year, your lawn will suffocate over time, clean up the grass after mowing, and scarify your lawn twice a year, so you keep a beautiful and healthy lawn.

I have noticed in the secondhand shops a lot of military uniforms, vintage clothing, vintage everything you want.
WOULD YOU SERIOUSLY THINK ABOUT WHAT NOSTALGIC IT WOULD BE FOR YOU TO HAVE OLD READING GLASSES ON A TABLE. WW2 UNIFORMS HANGING FROM A HOOK, gloves and a purse from the year that the chateau was finished. A SCRAPBOOK with old post cards, photos, jewelry pieces from the different era’s. A jewelry box with a hair pin and some costume jewelry. Find history from ALL around you. If you know your area history you would give people places to see and visit. Find out when you can do strawberry picking or flower shows locally, shopping. Me I love historical churches and yes cemeteries in black and white photography. Having a questionnaire form will make your visitors experience so much easier and satisfying. Food of course is the most valuable information. You can do likes and dislikes but make it easy for them to admit their pet peeves when traveling. What author they like for books that are similar. If they are a writer set up an old typewriter. An artist a canvas. Cook lovers do a hands on teaching a night of dinner how to make a local dish. Wine lovers the nearest wine farm or a tasting. I bet most would even pay extra just for Terry to do an upholstery class. I think you could make a lot doing classes for locals too. Busy guest are happy guests.

wow, we bought 3 husqvarnas for our property and they were so problematic - you had to install wires to create a perimeter and they had single wheels so it would not work on inclines. They are expensive to buy but if you factor in the cost of lawn service, they pay for themselves. You can leave them to run 24/7 and the constant cutting creates mulch to keep the weeds down and the lawn healthy. Does the Luba have an alarm system? The Husqvarnas had an alarm and GPS geolocation for the app. I am checking them out now :)
