ОтветитьCan we use shallots for spring onion?
Ответитьwhat if i planted the root trimmings in soil?
ОтветитьImpressed with your video.. Explained very well
ОтветитьThank you for sharing this 🙏♥️
ОтветитьDo we have to do a hole in the pot in which the root trimmings are?
ОтветитьAtleast bolna to chahiy , kuch smjh ni aa rha bina voiceover ke😤😤
ОтветитьI started growing my scallions about a month and a half ago, and I've been planning to harvest my scallions this way, leaving the bottom parts to continue to grow. This is the only video that shows this method. All other videos I've seen show to just harvest the outer leaves, which not only makes the plant look messy and unattractive but doesn't really make sense. Well done. Thank you.
ОтветитьAll my spring onions in my garden are supermarket bought. I regrow them in a glass of water for 2 weeks like in method 2. And then I put them in the ground. Now I just harvest the leaves when I need it. I have some incredibly huge spring unions that just grew that huge when though they are supermarket bought. Right now I never have to buy spring onions again, because they keep regrowing in my garden.
ОтветитьNice information, stay connected
ОтветитьBtw how many weeks or days will it take for a spring onion to grow?
Ответитьive been searching this for a while....
Ответитьextremely wonderful presentation. thanks a lot
ОтветитьI recommend hovering their root base over water first till roots appear then u can plant
Ответитьseems like a lot of work, I'll just buy it from the store
ОтветитьI don’t agree with this. I cut spring onions from the store, right down to the white and cut half the roots off. Once propagated and planted, they produced 15 times. Just choose the really thin ones at the supermarket as these are likely to be in first year/babies ;) you’re welcome
ОтветитьIs it spring onion or just onion greens?
ОтветитьSpring onions chives and Capsicums
are epic ingredients in your morning omelet
try them out and grow them for your family
A good way to avoid rot with the onion method is plant them in something fibrous like cocopeat mixed with some vermiculite.
Ответитьsimple video yet very informative among all the videos I've watched so far regarding spring onions. So, what I need is the seed, not the old root for the long-term harvesting. Thanks for this.
ОтветитьDoes it make any difference using red, yellow or white onion taste wise and longevity?
Will try your method of planting kangkong, too.
Can you pls make a video how to plant garlic?
Thanks for the simple and clear videos.
I'm 1 minute 6 seconds into your video, and I already have two questions from things that weren't explained properly. No offense, but you're not even doing a voice over and you have a lack of details.
ОтветитьBrilliant video! Thank you
ОтветитьThank you for good quality videos!
ОтветитьHi, great video. You mentioned that putting them in water was a temporary method, how about if I put them in soil? Will they keep growing, after I trim and use them? Over and over?
ОтветитьNice and fresh spring onion all the time 👍. I have tomatoes plants in my kitchen and grows well 🙂. I have it in my breakfast video ...You have my subscribe from me 🙂 Have a great day!!!!!
ОтветитьWow,very realistic video.Thanks
ОтветитьWhere do you get the seeds from?
ОтветитьHey dear the rainy days have been a disaster for my veges. How r u coping?
ОтветитьGreat way to grow onions.
ОтветитьI think I will try with seeds. What is the soil that you are using for the seed growing method? Thanks for doing the video. I've done #2 a few times and they usually rot rather quickly.
ОтветитьI think the best way is no 3 but i never try it yet.. I've tried no 2, still growing but the stem became small.
