Her approach was actually awesome. Only 2 things I’d say is 1 her words need to be more affirmative, phrases like “what I’ll do for you..” or “I’m going to” also two try to connect with the person more give them a compliment or 2 to break their guard down, then go in for the close. Also don’t get discouraged you could see her face at the end. NEVER SWEAT!!

The second some salesperson comes up to me and says "we can tell you if your roof is qualified for something to be replaced" I'm on the defensive. That wording comes off very predatory to me, although I could be missing something here. What does qualifying mean... is it for insurance, or are they spewing bullshit about "you're qualified to spend your money with us"

Don't hear me wrong but
Somebody need to tell her to put some decent clothes when talk to strangers asking for their business or at least not dressing like a wore at work during business hours , there's time and places for that ( Main st at 1 am or the Biker's bar in downtown) ... Second , do not overwhelm potential client with too much talking, at some point they are only waiting for you to shut up to shut the door .
I imagine homeowners saying inside their head B*tch Shut the f*ckup ...
