This workout was a fire. I was exhausted before i done this session. Made me energetic and relaxed. It worked so well on glutes and shoulders. Ouch 😅

ОтветитьI really love all your workouts Nicole🥹 danser, pilates, yoga and stretching❣️ I used to go regularly to the gym doing Tabata and HIIT exercises, and my body didn’t change at all, after doing two months of Pilates and dancer workouts with Nicole, my body transformed and my body is almost pain free from rheumatism🥹 thank you so much for sharing your workouts and for being such a motivating human being 🙏❤

Just completed this workout for the first time. The best one yet. I feel SO good and elegant and graceful and happy and healthy! All the good feels while living out my Barbie dancing dreams as a kid. Keep doing what you're doing Nicole!

ОтветитьThanks Nicole for this May Week 5 workout, This is the first time I did a dancer workout, I must say it is beautiful ! I am weak in lunges or so to say my leg is not strong enough when comes to balancing, will definitely continue to follow you and practice more. Love that you give the breathing guide the same time too.
