How I Stopped My Receding Hairline (Men's Hair Loss Guide)

My hair start falling at age 0f 16

I experienced hair fall due to stressful work. Usually, it should regrow after a short period or months, but I still had bald spots after a whole year. What worked wonders for me was the litttleextra coccconion shampoo, oil and scalp massager. I used them to address my dandruff, but the massaging apparently stimulated my scalp, and my hair started growing again.

Maybe its just a maturing hairline or widow's peak?

One daily practice that assisted me to control hair loss:
1) Consuming between 5 and 7 fresh curry leaves early in the morning on an empty stomach after drinking 2 glassfuls of water but before toothbrushing.
2) Taking 4 soaked almonds early in the morning.
3) Adding one fresh carrot as part of my salad during my lunch.
4) Enjoying buttermilk straight following my meal.
5) Eating 1 raw Amla soaked in turmeric about three hrs post lunch prior to evening.
6) Applying only a mild hair shampoo, hair conditioner, and oil made from coconut and onion from this brand Littleeextraa Cocooonion kit for preventing hair loss. Other than this, I refrain from using anything else on mine hair.

I've noticeably grown my hair to 3 to 4 inches in length.

I noticed mine at around 16 and I was horrified. man was I and still am self-conscious. I'm 47 now, and TBH, it was really slow, the sides are noticeable now for sure but I figure I'm good now regardless, and I know for sure the next few years are going to be another horrifying feeling... haha....it is what it is I guess yes.

Here are 2 tips: stop showering with hot water and stop combing your hair back.
