Arabs are just nuts because of too much money . Even thinking doing more than 1500 hp like Chiron did is already too much . Gearbox , brakes , tires and weight ( overall ) are to be considered for the safety of the driver and the rest of the world of course . Yeah the engine can do more , a lot more . Back in the day when Bugatti Veyron was introduced a rumor has it that you could "unlock " something around 3000 bhp from that 16.4 engine . 😅
And my question is : where anyone can unleash all that power realistically? Most of the places I've been except some specific parts of the German Autobahn speed is limited to 120 km/h (in Europe at least ) , but let's say they allow you to go 200 km/h with a Bugatti . Ok ? Why you need to produce a car that goes 500 km/h max speed ?
Shouldn't that considered illegal for public roads ? The whole thing , the production, the mentality, the use of a car with those specs is just crazy .

The devel sixteen showed up way before the c8 though lol, i remember hearing about it in like 2019… not to mention, half of the shared similarities seem like a stretch…

Start-up companies using parts from other car companies for their cars, in the beginning, is quite a common, and very old practice. It is actually adviceable to use certain off-the-shelf parts, because all their performance & durability records are available; they have been fully tested.

The real story is that the Devel group had no gearbox or way of cooling the motor Steve built.......you want that much horsepower and torque you better have a way to feed it and a drive train to put down the power......we're talking drag car speeds on demand

I liked this video. I think anything before 300mph should be in a vehicle that can fly. Plus the high price tag of some cars in the millions doesn't make sense (to me). I know you rich guys can go ahead and laugh.

I distinctly remember having the cars image as my school computers background. Sad to see that it was literally almost all faked, not that'd I'd ever in a million lifetimes be able to buy it or drive it, but the fact of it existing would have in itself made me happy.

Funny side note, I actually filmed/photographed that exact spec'd Bugatti Chiorn Pur Sport you featured in your video to go up against the devel in animation, the owner has like 5 of them including a new exposed carbon with hermes orange accents, but he selling the french blue launch spec 1 . Its sad the steve morris got caught up in the debaqcle that is the devel "six-terd" (thats what I call it)

then bugatti went and made a 1000 hp naturally aspirated v16 that pairs with a couple of 400hp electric motors.
