the existence of what you interpert as a code, does not mean that it must have came from someone or some god, rather its a mechanism by which organisms synthesise proteins - which brings me to another problem - stating that the DNA is responsible for all of a persons qualities and identity, that is not true!! the DNA is only responsible for protein synthesis, which is a lot of a human being, but it is not all of what makes a person a person (with all the special qualities and all)...proteins are the building blocks, but the building blocks need more than just theirselves to make a human being what it is - you need plenty more organic and inorganic material, you need complex relationships and interactions, energy, water, you need an cellular intelligence that cannot be deduced to protein synthesis !! and here theres a lot that we do not know of, maybe the soul?... so think about it, that your theory might be a liittle too simplistic....
