ОтветитьThis is not a bad workout if you like loads of hip thrusting. But it's not zumba. There was no latin dance in it at all and the music was the same tempo the entire time. Again, not a bad workout (except for being insanely repetitive) but if you're looking for zumba, this ain't it!

ОтветитьMy weight was 74 kg last week. I quit late night snacks,junk food,bread and drank lots of water. I have been doing this exercise everyday (1 week) and now my weight is 71. I lost 3 kg in one week.
