The number of Romans who converted in Jerusalem, before and after the Resurrection must be far greater than anyone can imagine. Christianity exploded among Jews, Greeks, and Romans immediately. Paul was a Jew, and he was a Roman citizen. Ignatius wrote like the Resurrection was openly seen by people in Jerusalem, and hundreds of people had recorded experiences of seeing the risen Lord. The empty tomb was a bigger deal than this movie portrays. The way I understand it, there were way more than 2 guards at the tomb, and I am under the impression that they were to stay past the third day. I'm sure they searched for Jesus' body, wanting to disprove the Resurrection. It looks like a good movie.

This was a well made movie . The Roman Army troops were believable as such . The investigation into the disappearance of Christ's body was riveting in its interviews of subjects and its raids on homes of suspects . Worth seeing .

The Jesus story has never connected with me,

but I know from personal experience
that their are other world / other dimensions beings
that communicate with human beings.

In my case,
a "retired" channeller and myself
were in meditation,
a totally different voice began speaking to me,
I thought it was a prank,
planned in my mind a "This stumps you!" question,
only for the voice to supply the answer
before I even opened my mouth.

Such was my introduction
to the first of my two spirit guides.

At roughly 1 to 2 week intervals,
the channeller would leave his body
( go into the crystal cave ),
and after a very short interval,
a guide would say hello.

So it was a 2-way conversation
in real time,
with beings far in advance of my mind,
who would answer some questions I had,
while gently fencing me off on others.

Yes, I wanted all of the answers
to Man's Eternal Questions,
handed to me on a plate,
and that was not going to happen.

But for 2.5 years or so,
my perception was steadily widened,
as they made me work for answers,
made me think.

during each channelling session,
having no memories whatsoever of that "missing" time.
