Peter was not professional at all, they shared the details and Peter with no shareholding decided to negate the trust they placed in him. This shows how Peter would act potentially when working with them. He had to make on offer based on his 'just for tv' actions.

The first 3 are hiding something. You don’t start a business and then when it starts making money just up and leave the area. Something happened that they don’t want to say and they’re keeping up appearances for the show.

So what’s so dumm, buying out the 50% partner, to replace it with 25% equity to a strategic partner, and leaving her with 75%,..hein mr supposedly smart jones !
