Hi Dr please recommend some patches you recommended the mighty patch to me at one visit but I have had no luck with that. Also can you talk about ice baths for your face I’ve read that they can be beneficial during a break out.

Hello Doc, I have some type of skin condition, not sure if its just some form of hyperpigmentation but my body is brown (like peanut butter) and my face is much darker (milk chocolate). I love both complexions but I have to admit, I'm now apprehensive when it comes to taking off my shirt completely for activities like swimming, etc... as it is very obvious.
