I dunno as a Kled main I kinda hate that new Kled skin… I don‘t mind goofy skins heck, i like them more than more generic fantasy stuff but this one just doesnt hit the mark for me at all. Maybe its because im just not a dog person.

I think the main issue with turning Yuumi into a dog is, at the end of the day, a combination of her silhouette (the cat tail specifically) and animations. And though, like you said, they could have just had the contrast of her behaving like a cat while acting like a dog, I have an alternate solution that covers both of the issues. Turn her into a dog... in a cat onesie. It serves as an amusing explanation for her cat animations and keeps her silhouette overall consistent with itself.

We were so close to perfection with Kled skin, but the sound design is just awful. His ult sounds so badass on Maruder skin with electric guitar, and I expected it to sound goofy ahh in this one. But no, it sounds like basic skin theme but played in next room

Worth noting, not sure it makes a big difference but I’m pretty sure Yuumi’s book is bone-shaped in this skin, not heart-shaped. XD
Unless you just meant that another skin has done the whole different book shape thing, not that shape specifically.

Personally I think the kindred skin is a massive letdown. As its the first kindred skin in a very long time to give lamb a genuinely good appearance but then completely erases everything that wolf was and replaces it with a random dog it makes him feel more like an accessory than part of the whole that is kindred. Everything about the skin is so good but the wolf erasure is something i just cant overlook

I think that for April fool's skins, they could have been more creative. This was the time to get as wacky and out there as possible and all they did was do the exact same concept they have already done and put champions in fursuits. Wolf and skaarl carried this imo

Fun Fact: Kindred's Woof and Lamb skin has eyes which glow while in the brush. May be minor detail, but it's rather cool. Also... It has a tail.

Kled is 10/10 to be, especially with the chroma (obsidian) that makes Skaarl looks like a Dachshund, because we had wire-haired one for 15 years, and a dog chroma that represents the mighty wiener dog, GIMME!

also, corgi had similiar one, but because the ears were pointy, that ios why it didn't feel like one to me personally.

And yes, i did tear a bit when i saw the chromas which reminded me of the doggie :(

This skinline is lazy and cringe af, so it is bee beside a couple examples like Singed. Hate the new trend of giving a hoody to a champ and calling it a skinline, what happened with things like Draven Draven or Not Velkoz????

Honestly my favorite thing about Kindred is just the face. I'm a huge sucker for the whole "hood with a black void with eyes" thing. I just love that aesthetic and the expression in Lamb's eyes just puts the cherry on top.
Another good example of this would be Star Strike from Skylanders.

Kled skin is great, although that skin should've been a legendary. Imagine an ult where is kled holding a fishing rod with a ball at the end and Skaarl is just constantly running to get it, if Kled spot an enemy will throw it to the enemy and Dog Skaarl would leap with a shit ton of drool
