First off, thank you Sarah for your great enthusiasm, ideas and guidance! I really have learned so much from your videos, and this comment is not about you, but about Shopify. As someone who has switched over to Shopify based on many POD videos on You Tube, I want to warn others that Shopify is self destructing. The "24/7" service they advertise is an AI chatbot which is fairly useless when you have specific questions. Actual Chat support with a live human is incredibly hard to get and is also similarly useless. It has been outsourced overseas to folks who don't know the product, can't answer questions and don't have the authority to do anything. I put a solid weeks work into creating my website and now will be putting my tail between my legs and leaving it behind and returning to my previous platform. Just google Shoppify customer support is terrible and you will se what I mean. Trust pilot is full of warning after warning. From my understanding the customer service used to be excellent, but that is all over. Also, many many complaints of people's stores being shut down with no reason provided and they can't make progress on resolving the issue with the non existent customer service. It may be different if you are a big money maker on Shopify plus, but that is not me yet. I can't put my faith in a company that will not work with me to resolve future issues and has such low regard for its customers.

Hi, I tried to open an online store on shopify, as per your video, and am being prompted to select the country and input the business address before I can get into the dashboard page. Would like to check for these print-on-demand store, do we input the actual location and my own address or is it recommended to input a virtual address and the country that we likely will be selling in. Btw, I am from Singapore and would like to seek for your advice for this. Hope to hear from you. Thanks!

Are there extra taxes having a business going in the USA instead to running it in your country in NZ?

Watched a video you did on setting up a print on demand business. Started with Etsy and Printify, however had to scrap Etsy due to needing to pay for products before they got printed. Turned to Shopify and have problems. The only way I can connect the Printify store to Shopify is if I pay $30 for their premium subscription, I am now stuck. Trying to also follow thus video and got stuck with themes. For some reason my theme will not stick.

Hi everyone! I have a shopify question, maybe someone here can help me... I have a store that offers local delivery, but this whole area has the same zip code, so pricing by zip code won't work. I want to have a list of hotel names/areas of town with their respective price and let people choose that. It there a way to have a mandatory product before checkout? I thought I'd list the areas as a product and then at checkout remind people they need to pick one before they check out to get their order delivered.

Is Shopify dropshipping still a good money source in Australia? I have no idea of what to sell. I m thinking to start a dropshipping. Can anyone please share what products are good to sell ?

Hi Sarah! I noticed you were able to write out your logo (store name) on the header. But now it looks like Shopify forces you to download a logo which I don’t want to do. I can’t figure it out! Thank you so much!

Sara, I have both Etsy and Shopify shops, both new. Now sales yet but soon. Meantime I want to know how many images are recommended for each listing as Printify's MD provides 10 or so. When I first started watching tutorial videos I was encouraged to use many but now it seems like too many. I want to have a main image, one or two lifestyle images, and then stock images of each different color. I also include a size chart with each product. Tee shirts are my main concern. I notice that some of your tutorial examples of other shops have three images max. What is the best practice? Printify has many mock-up images and a lot of them sync through. Please advise. I love your videos. Thank you so much!
