ОтветитьStanding behind the head rope extensions on cable machine,step forward with one leg forward for stability and don't arch back,on extending arms,keep as close to head as possible hold top movement 2 seconds and return.I find this good for long head
ОтветитьAre you sure you quoted the study correctly? How could the isolation exercise increase long head development but not overall triceps development? Unless sets of the isolation exercise replaced sets of pressing rather than being additional. That's probably what it was.
