Stick to regular rope
push down no need of modified one

I was looking for lateral head stuff. My left triceps has very visible horseshoe. My right side has barely. Weird asf. And it’s pissing me off. 🥲

My elbows are screaming just looking at that lol. Any type of extension, after a time, will get my elbows hurting too much.

Standing behind the head rope extensions on cable machine,step forward with one leg forward for stability and don't arch back,on extending arms,keep as close to head as possible hold top movement 2 seconds and return.I find this good for long head

Are you sure you quoted the study correctly? How could the isolation exercise increase long head development but not overall triceps development? Unless sets of the isolation exercise replaced sets of pressing rather than being additional. That's probably what it was.

I had to practice at that 4 step movement for like 10min, but once I figured it out and got it down smoothly...holy sh!t that really burns the hell out of your triceps.
