Twinmotion vs Enscape which one is better

Twinmotion was bought out by Epic games to merge with Unreal Engine & Quixel ultra Epic quality models. U cant beat that

do autocad, and sketchup files import into twinmotion ?

Enscape does have a free educational version as well - I think you forgot to mention that
