ОтветитьLess like a casserole and more like a lasagna. cutting the tortillas into small strips 2 inches long allows for mixing it all together and the results are much more casserole like. I also chop the lettuce and tomato together and toss into a salad first. Place a bed on the plate and top it with the casserole and sour cream. Just a better presentation for this dish.
