This guy is waiting for them to pass - wants all this “borrowing against” his business to go away without having to pay.

I think Dave quit listening to the call as soon as he heard “Whole Life Policy”. This why you should never call a radio show for financial advice on a complicated subject.

At the :25 second mark the caller states his family, which consists of his parents, himself and a brother, opened a business. To do that they took a $600,000 loan against the parent’s 1,600,000 whole life insurance policy. The business is making payments against the loan AND giving his parents an income from their interest in the business. How much? Who knows because Dave never asked! Just as soon as whole life was mentioned he quit listening.

Why would you cash out a policy for $190,000 when it has a NET death benefit of $1,000,000 ($1,600,000 death benefit minus the $600,000 loan) to the beneficiaries….especially when he states his parents are elderly and in bad health??? We don’t know who inherits money because again Dave didn’t ask! If policy is on Dad and he dies and Mom inherits then she will receive net $1 million. Since brothers are already paying on the loan there is no reason to believe the two brothers wouldn’t continue paying Mom on the $600k loan plus income from their business. That is much better than Dave’s advice of cashing out policy for $190k (thus forfeiting the $1 million) and then continue making loan payments to parents! Keeping policy Mom benefits more, and when she dies the two brothers benefit more, because they would inherit the $1 million and the $600k loan would be waived.

We also don’t know how much has to be paid annually (if any) to keep the policy enforced. They may be make $0 payments. Ironically, the insurance company would probably love for them to cancel insurance at this point to keep them from paying out a net $1 million!!!

He handles their money, so it’s very likely he was the one who got this insurance policy for them with the intention of being able to borrower against the policy so he isn’t actually stealing their money legally.

Canceling now is pointless. They are well past the point of needing premium payments, the death benefit is higher than the surrender value. Both will only grow. Why cancel?

People like Jamie Dimon aren’t looking for participants—they’re looking for victims. A system built on counterfeit money and endless debt traps ensures the masses remain dependent, powerless, and exploited. The real question is, how much longer will we let them?

A succubus of a Son. I'd be surprised if this dude wouldn't try to off his parents to get a payout. People like him are very scummy and you have to watch your back around them. They will lie every day that they breathe, and always look for ways to get a $ off of you without working for it 😐
