ex.: You should hire me for four reasons. The first reason is because I am a great fit for the job description, meaning you wouldn't need to spend too much time to train and supervise me. The second reason you should hire me is because I am a positive person who will bring fresh idea to the team to help you grow. The third reason you should hire me is because I have a track record of success which I will replicate for you in this position, for example in my last role, I help the company increase sells by delivering excellent customer service. And the fourth reason you should hire me is because I am positive about changes and will support you in company initiatives.
