EDIT: I just checked. GPS/glonast doesn’t work underwater. The Russian arms industry consists of state-owned companies that do not just build and trade for profit. The weapons do not necessarily have to be sold worldwide either - the latest ones certainly don't. At the moment, Russia is doing more than well with relatively old technology. Ukraine's defeat is only a matter of time and Ukrainian politicians should sit down at the negotiating table with Russia sooner rather than later.

All the US boys who think Russian technology is outdated or simply non-existent.........ok - you're welcome to believe that.

The problem with miniature nuclear reactors is that they are very inefficient. Small size works against the operation of them. And the high speed seems problematic too. And how big was that warhead? Too big for most purposes and too small to accomplish the stated purpose. It’s not an ICBM.
