My grandparents are very charitable,they give away harvest on there farm,including animals like cow,pigs to celebrate feast to the neighbors and farmers. They believe on the power of Almighty GOD and build a small church for the whole community. This is my remembrance to great grandparents.

They don't take any medications,they used plant herbs to treat ailment,like pain,they die without no diseases.

Fantastic, my grandparents also live 104 and 107. It's not impossible,they live in the farm, toil there surroundings and plant every corner of there land. Eat only fish,grains,vegetables. Walk miles to the market. Survived word war 2.

Methuselah lived for over 900 years.

So sweet elder people, beautiful people and beautiful music. Want to go travel and see all those beautiful world with my own eye.

You should do Jamaica, we have a lot of centenarians. I know someone whose grandmother died at 117 and she had a birth certificate

They don't make them like they used to any more . Processed foods , stress , city life and inactivities are killing people in their 50s and 60s ..

That's their secrets,,organic foods no chemical sediments unlike now all chemicals.good clean air unlike now all haze including communication.

And we know who are financing these researches...those extremely wealthy people who wants to live longer in order to spend their money in everything that this world has to offer.

Keeping our elderly,living with us doing whatever they can I do think,is also,key,to longevity of life….in our western self centred nuclear family society, what’s the point of living a long life? What for? To be shoved into an,old folks,home? I do believe having all generations living together is a bit of a secret to long life…

Same culture I grew up with on the dairies and farm town they called cowtown in southern California. I'm still here but it is gone. Caucasian culture. Cattle and farms and old arts and crafts and self sufficiency. Food water shelter clothing basic needs not wants goes a long way towards a long life.
