Cooking with AMAZIGH Family in MOROCCO - Best CHICKEN tajine secrets

Sidi Kaouki, Morocco - We visit Hafida and her family in Sidi Kaouki. We spent whole afternoon there. First we learn how to cook Moroccan tea and why we pour it from high up. Then we discover the colourful world of Moroccan traditional clothing. We are invited to the kitchen where the fire is already burning. We prepare three different tajines. When tajines are cooking we learn how to make a real moroccan bread from scratch. After the amazing dinner we are excited to taste local amlou and honey as a dessert. What a wonderful experience with Hafida and her family.
