I wish I wasn’t so depressed. It’s made me lose my fiancé, my son, my friends, and any family that wanted to help. Idk why I’m this way. I can’t afford therapy . I just want peace . Idk if I can make it another year. It hurts so bad that I threw away a wonder relationship. It hurts so damn bad. And now she HATES ME. I just want to be better. Idk what to do

I struggle sleeping and this and my meds are the only thing that helps tbh 😅

I cannot say enough about how helpful this particular sleep music is. Having somewhat sensitive hearing, even some of the others out there are actually counterproductive because there are often just enough piano strokes to "ring" or "ping" just enough to keep me from truly resting. This one stays airy, breathy, and light. Thank you for putting this together ❤

Ive been diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer and was on the verge of giving up. The thought of being on chemo for the rest of my life has put me in a deep depression. 😋😌💙 few days ago... my mom kept talking about her heart failure. 😕 which is still stuck in my head because she said she could die anyday...😔 i cried.😢 because i love her alot and i cant lose her yet.. this is the music i will forever hear if my mom dies.. i hope everyone here has a great life a great sleep and ofc great day or night :) and also my moms heart failure rises from stress levels so i try not to put her through to much :/ because I have mental health issues people planned to put me in mental institute for 72 hours... while placed in a corner alone in a jacket. And my mom would have to watch their own son get put in a corner for 72 hours :( i feel so sad for myself and her. I pray that my mom stays alive and hopefully she lives well and happily with me.. because I don't wanna lose her..
