I believe my fans were installed with 30 running to the fam and 87 to the battery … would this cause issues. My voltage drops dramatically when my fans come on.

Thank you so much for the video I my self knowing what I know just grounded that loop to the frame. I understand now that's wrong.
QUESTION: My sensor has 2 prongs, not just the one.. DO I HOOK IT UP THE SAME WAY? Leaving 1 prong/tab empty? I'd it for 2 fans? PLEASE HELP ME OUT. Z THANK YOU.
I had to get a shallow sensor because of where I put it on the side of my block, the long sensor bottomed out.
thanks

I have my condenser pressure switch in pin 86 so that my ac fan turns on when it reaches a certain pressure (with AC on only). Could I splice my coolant switch wire with the pressure switch wire to pin 86 so that it activates through coolant temp as well (with AC off)?

I did this exact set up, two relays. I had my ac turn on while i waited for the temp to come up for the fans to kick on, and then the ac compressor pressure valve blew up freon. What theck happened?

your thermostat comment didnt make sense. help me out becuase im confused and trying to understand. if the temp reaches 185 and it kicks the fan on and won't kick the fans off until 165, wouldn't i wan't a 185* thermostat so the fans kick on when the thermostat opens, at the same time? you said i should get a 165* thermostat in the video.

Most radiators are designed for 40mph wind current & only cool the temperature about 20*F depending on outside temps.

Your thermostat is designed to "Regulate" flow to help the engine remain a constant temperature. Be it 160-170-180-190 and....
>>>> "Where you place" the Thermo switch depends on the on/off temp required. I'm putting mine in the Bottom hose, so I will need a thermal switch that comes on @ around 180 and off @ 160*F assuming my RAD is only cooling a common 20*F engine should remain around normal 180-200*F max.
A switch Placed "In the head", the switch should actually come on @ 190-200*F and Off @180 or what ever temp your thermostat is again maintaining an engine temp of 180*F.
Aluminum block engines are designed to run a little bit cooler than cast iron blocks - Look up Manufacture Temperature for your application and use what they recommend.
All fans should come on and stay on when A/C units are turned on.

I got 3 relays , its not fun to figure out either, because of air conditioning high speed and two fans , it runs low speed and high speed both fans , weirdest hardest way ive ever seen one done , but I aint changing it ..if I did , it would have two sensors instead of three relays and still do the same thing , guess it dont make a difference , what do you want to fail ? A sensor or a relay ..its gonna happen eventually no matter what you do ..
