Today’s message comes from Craig Freshley of Good Group Decisions. Craig Freshley started Good Group Decisions 20 years ago and has been providing free resources ever since. He recently had his third book published: Together We Decide, An Essential Guide for Masking Good Group Decisions.

Craig offers a free online Training Talk Show every month; each on a different popular topic related to getting along and making decisions in groups. The next topic is: “How to Talk Across the Political Divide.” Coming right before the election, this topic could not be more relevant. In just 50 minutes Craig will share with you practical strategies to have conversations with people with whom you disagree.  More info here.
