Top 3 Best PDF Editor for iOS in 2022 (Full Review & Comparison)

I just started using PDF expert. My PDF interface is nothing like what I’m seeing on videos and I can’t get answers to the most basic question: How to email or attach an annotated PDF document.?
My document, in PDF expert, has notes that are interactive. I want the document I send to come out at the other end with the same interactive notes. This is not happenning. I can see the strike throughs and the highlights but no notes / comments. The “Summary” format is not what I want. Can PDF expert do this? Can’t any other PDF editor do this?

PDF element is more than twice the price it was in March '22, not in November '23. Sad face.
